A report released Wednesday by the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy found that every dollar granted in Idaho has a return investment of $150 in terms of better wages, living conditions and services for residents.
The study tracked foundation dollars granted to 20 different advocacy groups working to change policies, rules and laws in the Northwest, including Idaho.
