Foundations Should Target Aid to Vulnerable Education Populations

A new report from the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy, Confronting Systemic Inequality In Education authored by Kevin Welner and Amy Farley suggests that foundations have not targeted their education reform dollars as strategically as they could have in the effort to reduce education inequality.
