Becky Sherblom
Research ConsultantBecky Sherblom is an independent consultant with more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit management, research and policy on housing and community development. In addition to serving as the primary researcher for NCRP’s bank mergers project, she is a consultant to NeighborWorks America as a trainer and coach on the Success Measures Project, a national community development outcome measurement initiative.
Prior to starting her own consulting practice in early 2005, Becky spent eight years as the executive director of the Maryland Center for Community Development, a statewide nonprofit membership organization focused on affordable housing and community revitalization through advocacy, public policy, technical assistance and training.
Previous experience includes eight years at the national level doing research and policy development, and seven years working at the local level in housing and policy organizations in New England.
