Facing Race

Janay Richmond, manager of nonprofit membership and engagement, and Caitlin Duffy, senior associate for learning and engagement, will attend this year’s Facing Race conference on behalf of NCRP. Facing Race is a multiracial, inter-generational gathering that brings together organizers, educators and creatives to build relationships and share resources for racial equity. The program includes more than 70 workshops and 180 presenters in Arts, Media and Culture, Organizing and Advocacy, Inclusive Democracy, and Racial Identities and Innovations.
Tarana Burke, founder of the “Me Too Movement” and social justice activist, and comedian and writer, Hari Kondabolu, will be this year’s keynote speakers.
