Virtual Workshop
Senior Engagement Associate Eleni Refu will lead a presentation about inclusive participatory at a workshop held by Filantropía Puerto Rico. Drawing on NCRP’s Power Moves guide, Eleni will share examples of how to incorporate sharing, building and wielding power into the design and evaluation of grant funds. Community members, nonprofits and local funders will explore best practices and share their personal experiences of how power imbalances show up in their work.
