Aaron Dorfman, president and CEO, will lead a discussion about how to advance racial equity in philanthropy. Even though a few foundations are making racial equity a central focus of their work; many are still exploring how to incorporate equity into their grantmaking. In this presentation, peers will learn what we can do to become less fragile and more proactive when it comes to challenging racism in being advocates for social justice in grantmaking.
